This Wade Whimsey Little Bo Peep is a porcelain Wade miniature made by Wade of
England, the renowned manufacturer of English porcelain. These miniatures were used
as a promotion in boxes of Red Rose Tea. It is from the Red Rose Tea Canada mini-nurseries
series. What a perfect gift for that special person who collects Wade figurines
or Red Rose Tea figurines!
It is approximately 1-3/4" tall and in good condition. It is marked "WADE ENGLAND"
on the back. It does have two small chips - one is under her dress in the front
and the other is on the base in back. To see the chip in front, you have to lift
her dress. The picture of the back shows the chip on the base. The rest of the figurine
looks great, and it displays nicely. I am offering this figurine at a very discounted
price to allow for these defects.
