Madeira is a Portuguese island just southwest of Portugal.
Since the 1850's, the embroidery of Madeira has been considered the finest in
the world. Authentic Madeira hankies and linens are highly collectible and will
only increase in value as the earlier pieces get more and more scarce.
This vintage handkerchief measures 11 inches square and is in excellent condition. There are
no holes, stains, or repairs. You won't be disappointed in this bridal hanky.
