Pictures of our Hawaiian Vacation

Dale and I took a Hawaiian cruise in August, 2007, to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. We flew from Austin to Dallas and then on to Honolulu. We stayed in Waikiki for a couple of days and then boarded the Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of Hawaii cruise ship. Our cruise stopped at four different islands, so we got a great taste of the Hawaiian islands! We even got a chance to visit friends who used to live across the street from us in Lakeway and now live in Princeville on the island of Kauai. We had a wonderful vacation.

We were lucky enough to have been in Hawaii on August 27 when the lunar eclipse happened. We heard that the best place in the world to see this eclipse was in Hawaii, and we were there on the top deck of the cruise ship watching the eclipse!

Dale and I both used our digital cameras, so we ended up with about 1,500 pictures. After we got rid of the duplicates, the ones that didn't turn out, and others we didn't like, we still have over 700 good pictures. You can view most of our Hawaii pictures here:
