ART Brooch - Signed - Blue Enamel Flower

This lovely blue and white enamel flower brooch is signed "ART" on the back. The unique brooch measures 1-1/4" x 2-7/8", and the metal is gold colored. This brooch is in excellent condition. Take a look at the pictures!

ART (also called ModeArt) was costume jewelry produced by Art Mode Jewelry Creations, Inc. It was in business from the 1940's until the late 1960's. This company was named for its founder, Arthur Pepper, and was known for the uniqueness and originality of their jewelry. They offered a broad range of designs that can be likened to Florenza and Hollycraft. They often resemble the Victorian and Renaissance Revival jewelry.
