1950s Pillowcases of Unused Pair - Dutch Motif Pillowcases

This pair of vintage pillow cases is beautiful and has never been used. These vintage linens are in excellent condition - I see no problems.

They are made from pillow tubing so there are no side seams. This is a nice weight for pillowcases - not that lightweight cases that are so common today.

These vintage pillowcases are unusual. Both are hand embroidered with a windmill and a Dutch shoe full of flowers. One has a little boy embroidered on it, and the other has a little girl embroidered on it. Each case is hemmed in a deep purple.

I bought these vintage pillowcases at an estate sale of a very old lady who made a lot of nice items and never used them - this is one of them!

They are 29" long and 20" wide.
