This Longaberger 1990 Mother's Day Small Oval Basket is retired and is part of
the Mother's Day Series that began in 1987. The 1990 basket marks the fourth edition
in the collection.
It comes in the classic stain with a pink trim strip and pink accent weaving
in the middle of the basket. This hand-woven original has two leather loops for
handles, and the basket measures approximately 8-1/2" long x 5" wide x 3-1/2" tall.
The splints have been made from the finest hard maple, and the handle is made from
oak. The Bentley Collection Guide values this basket at $100.
It is in very good condition and comes from a smoke-free home. This collectible
basket is truly a treasure to pass down from generation to generation!
Each and every Longaberger Basket is stamped with the Longaberger Logo and personally
signed and dated by the weaver who made the basket!
