The pattern of this beautiful Stieff pewter goblet is Jefferson P65. The bottom
of this goblet is marked "Jefferson," "P65," "Stieff Pewter," and "Goblet." If you

While minister to France, Thomas Jefferson sketched the classic profile of this
goblet and had two make by the silversmith Claude-Nicolas Delanoy. The result is
geometry at its most elegant.
The Stieff Company, founded in 1892, is known for its exacting reproductions
of historical patterns, many of which can be found in the Smithsonian.
Measurements: 4-5/8" tall - the base is 2" square
