The pattern of this beautiful Stieff pewter goblet is Jefferson P65. The bottom of this goblet is marked "Jefferson," "P65," "Stieff Pewter," and "Goblet." If you enjoy pewter, you will enjoy the quality of this Stieff pewter goblet!

While minister to France, Thomas Jefferson sketched the classic profile of this goblet and had two make by the silversmith Claude-Nicolas Delanoy. The result is geometry at its most elegant.

The Stieff Company, founded in 1892, is known for its exacting reproductions of historical patterns, many of which can be found in the Smithsonian.

Measurements: 4-5/8" tall - the base is 2" square

This Steiff pewter wine goblet is in excellent condition.  A new goblet costs $74, so you can buy this one at half the price of a new one!
