Placing an Order
The easiest way to place an order is to use the shopping cart. Simply use the Add to Cart button when you find an item you would like to order. The shopping cart will figure your shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Texas residents will pay sales tax at 7.75% unless a valid tax ID number is provided. Once you have finished shopping, click the Checkout button to pay immediately with
PayPal.
Or, if you prefer, you can send us an
e-mail with your order information. You can even make an order through regular postal mail. However, if you do this, be sure to contact us first so that we can mark the items as sold and can give you the total amount of your order. Payment for these orders is due within 10 days.
After Your Order is Placed
After you place your order, you will receive a payment
receipt from PayPal. If you don't receive this e-mail within a few hours, please
e-mail us to make sure your order was placed successfully.
Items are usually shipped the next business day. We will send you a
shipping notice when your order ships.
Payment Methods
Our preferred payment method is PayPal, which securely accepts all major credit cards, balance transfers, and electronic checks.
You no longer have to sign up for PayPal to pay for an item. Paypal has revised their payment systems to allow non-account holders to pay directly through them without a Paypal account! "...PayPal has optimized the checkout experience by launching an exciting new improvement to its payment flow. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional.
This means customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information for future purchases..."
If you do not want to use PayPal, send us an
e-mail stating what you want to order. We are happy to accept money orders, cashiers checks, and cash for orders sent by e-mail.
We do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

If you do not wish to pay with PayPal, make your money order or cashiers check payable to Jeanne Stuemke. Mail the payment and a copy of your invoice to:

Shipping
We offer reasonable shipping charges and expert, careful packaging. If you order more than one item, we combine shipping to save you money. Our shopping cart automatically combines shipping and provides you with a shipping amount for your order. Insurance is optional for orders of $25 and
under; for orders over $25, the USPS insurance fee is automatically added to the shipping amount when you check out.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders through the
United States Postal Service (USPS).
