This black and white compote bowl or comport bowl is from the 1950s. It is truly
1950s retro! The pedestal is a black matte finish, the top part of the decorative bowl is a white
glaze, and the bottom part of the bowl is black and white with a pebble-type finish.
Think outside of the box when you look at this 1950s vintage plate - what could you use it
for? Displaying your favorite collection, serving your favorite dessert or fruit,
or leaving it empty? This would make a great gift for that favorite someone in your
life or for yourself!
The vintage bowl is 11-1/2" across the top, and it is 6-1/2" tall. The bottom of the
pedestal is almost 5" across.
This serving bowl is in excellent condition. Please ignore the reflection in the bowl
- it is hard to take a picture of something this shiny!
