Antique Advertising Stoneware - Wesson Oil Beater Jar

This great advertising beater jar is in very good used condition. It is 5-1/4" tall and 4-3/4" across. The inside is nicely rounded to accommodate your beaters. This is from my personal collection. I used it for many, many years to hold my kitchen utensils, but I finally outgrew it!

The front of the stoneware crock says "Wesson Oil - For Making Good Things to Eat." It is a highly collectible piece. I just saw it sold on another antique site for a lot more than what I am selling mind for!

This antique beater jar is in very good condition. There is a small chip on the bottom edge of the front, but I never noticed it until I took these pictures. There is also a small patch of silver paint on the top of the back. I never tried to remove it. The writing is nice and dark and not faded.
