This free-form bowl is a 16-ounce antique Frankoma cereal bowl in the Lazybones Pattern. This pattern was originally introduced in 1953. Made by Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma, this Frankoma bowl measures approximately 2-1/2" tall and 5-1/4" across excluding the small handle. On the bottom is the Frankoma name and the design number 4X. This blue pottery bowl is glazed in clay blue. Although this was originally a cereal bowl, think of all the other things you could serve in it. It would also be great to display vintage or antique items. I do this all the time...

The Frankoma Pottery pieces we have for sale are very old and are from the estate of a woman who collected old Frankoma pieces. They are great to collect and beautiful to use. Frankoma Pottery is no longer made. The company closed their doors on December 31, 2004.

This Frankoma Lazybones bowl is in excellent condition - I don't see any problems at all. It doesn't look like it has been used.
